True Poetry: Silence, Nature, and the Death of the Ego

True Poetry

True Poetry is the unspoken language of the soul.
Its essence does not live merely in words, but in the space between them.

What I have learned — through curiosity, presence, and the teachings of the greatest spiritual masters — is that the deepest communication is not speech, but untainted silence.

A true warrior does not know war — only peace.
In fact, the warrior is peace, even in the midst of conflict.

Yet this is discovered only through the greatest battle of all:
the battle with one’s own reflection.

Presence as the Umbilical Cord of Life

Over time, the chatter of my mind has softened into a quiet smile.
Presence does not strive — it simply remains.

It is the umbilical cord to the womb of existence:
eternal, nourishing, and alive.

This presence can momentarily part even the darkest clouds of despair —
not by force, but by stillness.

I cultivated this not by becoming stronger,
but by loving myself so deeply that I was willing to “die” to who I thought I was.

In that death, I found life.

Seeing myself in every face, every tree, every breath,
I discovered my true home in oneness — even when discomfort arises.

The sky reminds me of this daily.

The Shadow and the Soul

Beneath your shadow lies a vast stillness —
a window into what you truly are.

I love you — even when my mind speaks otherwise.
This is the power of silence.

To truly love, we must first die.

I have died many times —
each time returning lighter, clearer, more free.

When you begin to laugh at the mind’s chatter,
you begin to taste liberation.

When the mind becomes a tool instead of a tyrant,
you can speak intimately with God.

This is True Poetry.

On Suffering and the Diamond of Being

Suffering is not the enemy —
unnecessary mental suffering is.

Just as a diamond is formed under pressure,
so is the human soul.

Within clarity, even life’s greatest pains
can contain vibrant aliveness.

I am no master — only a lifelong student —
but I share what has transformed me.

Nature does not resist.
The conditioned mind does.

Nature flows like a gentle river.
The mind builds dams.

When we align with Nature,
we rediscover our own beauty reflected back to us.

Humanity, Nature, and Awakening

The human mind is part of biological evolution —
but not the final stage of consciousness.

As Nature reacts to pollution, greed, and separation,
I sense that humanity will be forced back into harmony with the Earth.

Some will call this divine intervention.
I see it simply as Nature restoring balance.

God was never separate from us —
God has always been moving through us.

The Divine appears in saints and sinners alike,
because every form carries the same infinite essence.

A Living Tree, a Living Soul

As I sit before a still tree,
it begins to dance through my eyes.

I breathe — and the tree breathes with me.

In that moment there is no seeker,
no concept, no mind — only communion.

True Poetry is True Love —
both seek nothing.

If you have not yet looked at the sky today,
please do so —

once in daylight,
once in darkness.

In that simplicity
lies great power.

Beyond the Pain Body (Sohum)

Life often feels like a dream —
and the mind screams inside it.

Trapped energy lives in the body.
Old patterns resurface.
Morning can feel like mourning.

Yet beneath every feeling is the observer.

You are not the emotion —
you are the awareness that holds it.

Feel what you feel —
but know who you are.

The ego must die
so the angel may live.

Seek nothing — and you will find.
Stop chasing — and you will grow.

“It’s okay.”

Those three words can melt a heart,
clear a sky,
and return a soul to itself.

Dying while still living
is the most natural way to be.

Watch the clouds.
Watch the sea.
Watch the breath.

Beyond right and wrong
there is a song.

Listen.
