Food Is Medicine (as is Thought!)

What we feed our bodies is almost as important as what we subject our minds to or who we surround ourselves with.
Self-talk is to be observed, not identified with.
Observe the negative thought patterns and counteract them with productive thoughts of gratitude.
For every 1 negative thought, produce 3 gracious thoughts.
There are no polarities here: gratitude is the doorway to compassionate presence.
Positivity is life-invigorating but its mirroring opposite is negativity. Allow yourself to go beyond the dualities and discover the middle ground of stability.
Stability welcomes instability.
Rather than be positive, be present and realistic to what is and even what isn’t.
Positive affirmations of self-validation are too doorways to presence when absent of ego.
Be one with all things, not two.
Listening and observing are the simplest forms of meditation.

But the key is to be absent of thought: bliss.
